the curtain arrangement for the shower was impractical and annoying, and the tap water had an odd color and odor.

The room was incredibly spacious, even bigger than most rooms in the US! It was perfect for our family, with separate beds for the kids and plenty of floor space. The bathroom was huge and absolutely spotless. We were impressed by how clean and shiny everything felt. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even sharpened my son's pencil when it broke! Before our stay, they were very responsive in providing information on transportation from the airport. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. We wish we could have stayed longer!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly patient, guiding me to places and offering me free parking or reimburse my parking fee. The location was perfect since it was very close to Taichung airport. The hotel facilities were great; the self-service laundry room available for guests was convenient, and the room was spacious with a comfy bed and a lovely bathroom with a nice shower and toilet.
